Dr. Guy Ngayo is a global keynote speaker, strategic advisor, and founder of the Swiss Institute for Leadership. He helps CEOs, executive teams, and institutions navigate complexity, make better decisions, and lead transformation in a rapidly changing world.
With over 30 years of international experience and more than 6,000 hours advising executives, he brings a rare combination of academic rigor, executive leadership, and consulting expertise to his work.
